• Advisor to the Committee of Intelligence for Security Services of Africa CISSA of the African Union on matters of international law. 
• Board member of the State Infrastructure Transparency Initiative /COST/ International Multi-Task Group.
• Member of Advisory Council for the Federal Supreme Court of Ethiopia.
• Member of the Board for Law & Justice Institute of Ethiopia 
• Council member of Joined-up Justice High level- forum  
• Executive board member of the CSO & Professional Associations congress.
• A certified Trademark Agent by the Ethiopian Intellectual Property Office (EIPO) via TGA law group/office.
• A chair and member of different law reform structures, Committees & Councils. 
• Trainer & panelist in various international workshop across Africa & IGAD region in areas of International Law, Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism, Maritime Security and Counter Piracy Initiatives, and other regional issues
